Terms and Conditions of the mail-order / online store
Firstly, thanks for making an order with us. We're very proud of the music our artists make, and we hope you'll enjoy it. We're only a very small company (and a not-for-profit one at that) and we aim to deal fairly with everyone we meet, whether they're an artist, promoter, producer or you, a fan buying a record.
That said, there are limits to what we can reasonably do with our limited staff, so please read these terms and conditions carefully so you understand what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Payment
You're skint. So are we, believe it or not. We will be careful with your cash:
- We will only process your order when payment has been made in full. In the case of PayPal / cheques the payment must have cleared.
- Our billing structure is simple, with a flat rate of £1.20 for up to five CDs per package. Orders of 6 CDs or more will have additional postage calculated at £1.20 per five additional CDs
- Should you overpay for postage we will refund the difference within 10 working days.
- Should you underpay we will contact you and hold your order until you can pay the full amount, or cancel the order if you prefer.
- Please contact us before making your order if you live outside the UK/NI
Delivery
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, subject to the following constraints:
- Our delivery team is only small, and in some cases we may not hold stock centrally. However we aim to process and post your order within three working days of full payment.
- We use Royal Mail standard post for all our parcels and these normally arrive within five working days of posting (UK/NI.) However please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived yet.
- Packages may sometimes take longer than 10 working days to arrive.
- We cannot guarantee the condition of your order when it arrives, as we have no control over its handling by Royal Mail.
- We do not insure your package for its trip through the post. Please contact us before ordering if you want to purchase insurance. It's relatively cheap and we'll only pass the cost Royal Mail charge us on to you with no mark-up.
- Please contact us before making your order if you live outside the UK/NI.
Availability of stock
We have a few piles of CDs in a back room, not a massive warehouse with computerised picking machines...
- It will sometimes happen that we have sold out of a particular CD at the time you make your order.
- Where this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund, an alternative, or a space on the pre-order list if the CD concerned is being re-pressed.
- If there are two or more orders with uncleared payments for a single (last) CD, the order which clears payment first will get the CD and the others offered a refund, replacement or pre-order as above.
Returns and refunds
We are proud of our music and make every effort to deliver it to you in good physical condition. However sometimes accidents happen:
- If you are unhappy with the physical condition of your order when it arrives contact us immediately and explain what has happened.
- We will arrange a refund or replacement as you wish. We will bear the postage costs.
- If the package is not substantially damged but you are not happy with the music and want to return it please contact us and let us know. We will refund your money but require that you pay postage to return the CD before we do so (finding new music's a big adventure and there's lots of taster snippets of everything for sale here on mySpace etc - if you decide you don't like it bad luck...)
Data protection
We will make every effort to safeguard your personal data and will not pass it on to any third party unless required to do so by the law.
