The Limes... a band with more members than songs, and more drugs than both put together. No-one really remembers the gig where they first saw The Limes, or the second, or the one where we signed them, or any at all. They all seem to blur together into one messy citric maelstrom. Psychedelia, indie, acid - all words you might associate with them, sure. But not quite a description.
Instead you might do better to sit back, find your toxin of choice, and put sold-out first single 'Sun' on very loudly. And then jump up again and get out of the house! Because The Limes aren't just another provincial stoner band, but vibrant, taut and inspiring. Jangly Rough Trade guitars scream while drums pound and the blood rushes to your head, compelling you to move, to screw, to live.
